Spring is here! Really here. Snow is melting and flowers are popping up. We are finally looking like we can shake the hand of winter and move into a season of birds, flowers and sunny days. Garbage left over from the sad days of winter which are marring our view and the enjoyment of the beauty of our communities. And yes, although we have a very attentive Department of Public Works, they cannot do it all. READ MORE
