THE SEA CLIFF LANDMARKS ASSOCIATION PRESENTS: "ANITA PERMIT" NEEDS A PERMIT
Wednesday, March 30
7:30 at the SCYC
The Sea Cliff Landmarks Association (SCLA) is sponsoring a presentation to provide information to residents, especially those who are somewhat new to the Village, about the Village Boards and the permitting process. Ten years ago the SCLA had a well received event with the same purpose. The presentation will include a panel made up of the chairs (or other members, if a chair is not available) of Zoning, Planning, ARB, Landmarks Preservation and the Tree Commission. In the first part of the program, each chair will make a presentation about how his or her Board or Commission works, when it meets, and its authority.
Come follow our fictional resident, Anita Permit, the owner of a small Victorian residence built around 1880 and remodeled around 1915 who wants to make substantial changes to her home, as her permit request winds through the Village boards.
