2015 SEA CLIFF LANDMARKS ASSOCIATION HOUSE TOUR
Sea Cliff, a former Methodist Campground Association founded in 1871 and know for its abundance Victorian houses is holding a house tour on Sunday, May 17 from 12 noon to 4:00 pm. Seven homes ranging from Victorian cottages to a 1950’s “ Atomic Ranch," the newly renovated 100 year old Stenson Memorial Library, and Sea Cliff’s St. Seraphim church are on the tour. Proceeds from this self-guided tour fund the Sea Cliff Landmarks Association’s historic survey and walkways restoration projects.
Tickets are now available at local realtor’s offices of Daniel Gale/Southeby's, 266 Sea Cliff Avenue and Sherlock Homes, 305 Sea Cliff Avenue.
We strongly encourage wearing comfortable shoes since our charming, hilly streets, which were not designed for automobile traffic, are perfect for walking. Attendees may be asked to remove his/her shoes income of the houses if there is inclement weather. No spike heels. (They damage old soft pine floors.) No children allowed on the tour unless carried when inside the homes.
Tickets may also be purchased in advance online at:
