The Mutual Concerns Committee is sponsoring the 13th annual Sea Cliff Holiday House Tour to be held on Saturday, December 5th from 12-4pm. Tickets are $30 each.
You will have the unique opportunity to stroll through some of the most interesting private residences in the “one square mile” village of Sea Cliff. Each home on the tour underwent a metamorphosis, and has emerged with a distinct ambience. The homes on the tour were selected especially to appeal to a large audience, and you will have the opportunity to gather decorating and alteration ideas for your own home.
Aside from seven beautifully decorated homes, ticket holders will be entitled to delicious refreshments, Chinese auction, an art exhibit at the Creative Arts Studio, fine hand-crafted jewelry and gifts by local artisans at K. DiResta Collective, a new “Sea Cliff in the ‘60’s” exhibit at the Sea Cliff Museum and complimentary after-tour appetizers at Metropolitan Bistro (there will be a cash bar.)
This tour is not only a holiday treat for visitors, but it serves as an important fundraiser for the community. All proceeds from the tour will be used by the Mutual Concerns Committee to provide nourishing meals and holiday baskets for those in need, as well as to continue to sponsor the popular senior lunch program and annual Christmas Day Dinner.
Tickets, maps and information for the self-guided tour can be purchased at Sherlock Homes Realty, 305 Sea Cliff Ave., Sea Cliff, 516-671-1717.
