SEA CLIFF HOLIDAY HOUSE TOUR RINGS IN THE HOLIDAYS
BEAUTIFUL HOMES AND FESTIVE DECOR
Six Sea Cliff homes, dressed in the spirit of the holiday season, open their doors and share their charm and holiday cheer on Saturday, December 2nd from 12:00 to 4:00pm.
This popular tour which is sponsored by the Mutual Concerns Committee, showcases various styles of homes in the quaint “one square mile” village of Sea Cliff. This year our tour consists of Victorians, Colonials, several water views and one water front home.
The ticket price includes a not-to-be-missed buffet lunch provided by Metropolitan Bistro of Sea Cliff.
The tour is self-paced and self-guided. Guide books complete with maps and directions will accompany all ticket sales. Tickets are $40 for adults and children over 12 years. Children under 12 years are not permitted. For tickets and information, call or visit Sherlock Homes Realty, 305 Sea Cliff Ave., Sea Cliff—516-671-1717.
The tour is the principal fundraiser for the Mutual Concerns Committee. This group meets some pressing needs in our local area. They stock an emergency food pantry, and provide holiday baskets for those in need. They also sponsor the long-running Senior Lunch Program, where twice a week, seniors enjoy a full program of activities, companionship and a great nutritious lunch, and the annual Christmas Dinner, which gives people who can’t be with family on Christmas day, a chance to be with friends and neighbors for a festive holiday dinner.
