ROSLYN HARBOR PALM TREE PASSES ITS FIRST TESTDecember 22 -- The palm tree that was planted outside the Roslyn Harbor Village Hall this past summer has survived the season's first two snowfalls, and the frigid temperatures that lasted through much of the first half of December. The tree was donated to the Village by Roslyn Harbor resident Jason Bash, founder and President of Kokomo Trading Company, which specializes in the sale and planting of cold-hardy palms. .
