ROMONA BOBE AT JUNE 17TH GHGWBA MEETING

At the June 17th meeting of the Glen Head/Glenwood Business Association local community psychotherapist, Ramona Bobe, will make a presentation on stress management titled “Stress vs. Distress”. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete a “Stressful Life Events Inventory” which will help you assess the level of stress you are under and receive tips on how to counteract their effects. READ MORE   The meeting begins at 6 pm and there is a $10 fee for a very tasteful dinner buffet.

About the Presenter:

Ramona Bobe is a nationally certified and licensed psychotherapist, lecturer and consultant.  She has an extensive background in treating individuals, couples and families, providing pathways to healthy lives and relationships.  In addition to being a well known and reputable psychotherapist she is also a highly respected workshop and retreat leader.  For thirty years she has maintained a successful private practice in Glen Head, NY and for much of that time was actively involved with the Young Adult Ministry, Diocese of Rockville Center.

 Ramona has developed and presented workshops on many topics including “Self-Esteem”, "Loving Ourselves & Others", “Assertiveness Training”, “Codependency & Addictive Relationships”, “Adult Children of Alcoholics” and her infamous "Battle of the Sexes".
