NS HIGH SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT TO HELP FIGHT MALARIA
North Shore High School photography students Alec Nation and Carly Spallone, with the help of photography teacher Ms. Johnson, hosted a Gallery Exhibition in the high school Photo Lab on Thursday, December 17th from 4:30 – 6:30 PM. They showcased the photographs of 25 students in a walk-through style exhibit. Work was displayed in every area of the Photo Lab including the darkroom, classroom, film processing, and critique areas. Carly and Alec invited guests to explore the photo lab while viewing the accomplishments of their peers. They asked for a $2.00 donation to raise money to help fight malaria. All proceeds went toNets for Life, an organization that provides mosquito nets to African families to protect them from insect bites that spread this deadly, but preventable disease.
