Sea Cliff's annual Memorial Day observance will begin this Monday at 9 am with a service at Memorial Park on Prospect Avenue followed by a parade to Clifton Park that will take marchers up Sea Cliff Avenue before turning right on Roslyn and then left on Glen to the Monument honoring those Sea Cliffians who fought in the first World War.  A Parade Breakfast, sponsored by the Sea Cliff Civic association  will be served beforehand at 8 am on the lawn in front of the Children's Library.
