BLOOD DRIVES ON MONDAY AT GOLD COAST LIBRARY AND SEA CLIFF FIRE DEPARTMENT

Assemblymen Michael Montesano (R,C,I-Glen Head) and Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) will sponsor their annual community blood drive with the Gold Coast Public Library and Long Island Blood Services. The event will take place Monday, July 20 from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Library Annex Room at 40 Railroad Avenue, adjacent to the LIRR Glen Head Station.

The Sea Cliff Fire Department will also be hosting a Blood Drive at its Firehouse on Roslyn Avenue, that will run from 3 pm to 9 pm.  READ MORE

Donors must have a valid ID with signature or photo, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be between 16 and 75 years of age (16 with parental permission, ages 76 and over need doctor’s note). Please call 1-800-688-0900 with any questions regarding medical eligibility.
