GRAND MENORAH LIGHTING

Unique ‘Dreidle- moon bounce’ at lighting.

​The annual Grand Chanukah Menorah lighting at the Glen Cove village Square - School & Glen St. will be lighted this year on Sunday, Dec. 6th at 4:30 pm. 
Join the Mayor and other dignitaries as we light the first candle of the Chanukah festival.
 This year the  lighting has an added significance. The message of light over darkness and good over evil has never resonated more since the recent horrific terror attacks. 
There will be lively music, traditional ‘sufganiyot’, doughnuts, prizes for the kids along with Chanukah Gelt &  dreidels. The “dreidel inflatable” will give the kids a chance to bounce around in a full size dreidle moon bounce. 
The children will have an opportunity to make a Chanukah craft. It will be a special evening for the entire family. ​
