Going out of Business Sale starts this Saturday, Feb. 28th
After three successful years, Gem Craft Boutique will not be renewing our lease. We will closing our doors on April 15th.
As some of you know, before opening Gem Craft, I had enjoyed a successful 16-year career traveling the globe as a travel consultant/agent.
Well, the travel industry has stolen my heart again. I have accepted a wonderful opportunity with Sceptre Tours, a Long Island-based travel company that specializes in European vacations. I am excited and nervous to see where this next step will take me—hopefully to Ireland and Europe often!
This was a really tough decision for me. I have loved my Soho-inspired gift shop in Glen Head more than you can imagine and will miss all of you—my loyal customers, neighbors, artisans and dedicated employees.
When I first opened Gem Craft Boutique, as a small business owner, it was very important to me to give back to the community and to champion for local merchants. As Corresponding Secretary of the Glen Head Glenwood Business Association, I will continue to advocate for shopping local.
Between now and April 15th, Gem Craft will hold many sales with heavily-discounted items. And a final sale of display cases, tables, etc. will also be held. Please stay tuned for dates.
I would like to thank you all so much for your support throughout the years. I will miss you. And if your journey takes you to Europe, I would love to help.
