NORTH SHORE FOOTBALL SEASON KICKS OFF AS SUMMER PRACTICES BEGIN
Last week’s cool weather is giving way to higher temperatures this week - just in time for the start of summer practices for the North Shore High School Football team. The first was held yesterday morning, and they will continue six days a week until the start of school.
The Viking's first game will be at East Rockaway on Thursday, September 12th at 4:30 pm., and the J.V. season kicks off on Monday the 17th at home against the same school. The Varsity's homecoming game will be on September 28th against Valley Stream North.
Practices for all other high school sports will begin on Monday, August 26th.
