CONGRATULATIONS CAST AND CREW OF THE NORTH SHORE MIDDLE SCHOOL MUSICAL, "THE WIZARD OF OZ

North Shore Schools, Glen Head, New York, February 14, 2017- Bravo to the cast and crew of the North Shore Middle School musical, “The Wizard of Oz” who performed beautifully on February 10th and 11th, 2017. Numerous middle school students took to the stage at North Shore High School to perform in the popular play while many North Shore High School students assisted behind the scenes helping with costumes, make-up, lighting, construction, and sound. To a thunderous round of applause, Dorothy and her dog, Toto, the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman and Cowardly Lion, all go on a magical journey to meet the Wizard only to find out that “there is no place like home.”

You all acted, sang, and danced beautifully and allowed all of us in the audience to enjoy one of the most watched musicals (and movies) of all time! In addition, sing to some of our favorite songs including, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “Follow the Yellow Brick Road,” “If I only Had a Brain,” and “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead.”  You all deserve a standing ovation!
