WHY I'M VOTING FOR SARA JONES

To The Editor,

​On May 17th, I will be gladly voting for Sara Jones for the North Shore School District Board.  I would encourage all residents of the North Shore School District to consider doing the same.   I have known Sara and her family for many years.  Sara encompasses all the qualities a successful school board member should have.  She is engaged, reasonable and intelligent and most importantly she gets things done.   Sara has been an active volunteer in the schools since her older daughter began kindergarten at the Sea Cliff School.   She worked tirelessly with our Nutrition Committee to improve the lunch offerings in our cafeteria, worked year round on our Sea Cliff PCA website and started an annual Book Swap so that families could exchange books between themselves.  Sara is present at our PCA events and PCA meetings.  She is a wonderful advocate for the children and an asset to our school community.   We are so lucky to have her at Sea Cliff School and I know that she will generously devote her time and talents to the North Shore School Board.
